Hanze3 is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. This policy explains the types of information that may be processed when you use Hanze3 and how that information is protected.
Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, Hanze3 may process account information, project and script data, connected-channel information and analytics data that you explicitly authorize through supported platforms.
Recordings and media
Recordings may remain on your device unless you explicitly request a server-based processing or enhancement feature. Where processing is requested, only the data required to perform that action is transmitted.
AI-assisted features
For AI-assisted generation, the information necessary to complete your request may be shared with an AI service provider. We do not intentionally send unrelated device recordings to an AI provider.
Connected platforms
Access to third-party platforms is subject to the permissions you approve and the terms of those platforms. Hanze3 does not publish content to a connected social account unless you initiate or approve the publishing action.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
Your choices
You may revoke connected-platform permissions through the relevant platform or Hanze3 settings where available. You may also request account deletion and associated data deletion, subject to legal and technical retention requirements.
